Made a little egg soufflé for breakfast… 
Grated sweet potato, sautéed bell pepper, mushroom, yellow squash.. 1 egg white & 1 whole egg, cilantro, cayenne, garlic… Baked for 10 minutes & threw some garlic shrimp & avo on top.
